Once again, the Australian band AC/DC has seen one of its music videos reach the milestone of 1 billion views on YouTube, this time with the classic "Back In Black," from their self-titled and iconic 1980 album. The album marked Brian Johnson on vocals after the tragic death of his predecessor Bon Scott in the same year.

Until then, the band's only video to reach such a milestone was another classic, "Thunderstruck," released on the 1990 The Razors Edge.

The “1 Billion Views Club”

Over the years, some music videos published on YouTube have reached the milestone of 1 billion views. Because this is a very high and lengthy achievement, it's common for such a feat to be celebrated, since it's not every day that an artist can boast of having their work seen by the equivalent of one-seventh of the world's population.

Among those honored with this glorious achievement are Guns N' Roses ("November Rain" and "Sweet Child O' Mine"), Queen ("Bohemian Rhapsody"), Nirvana ("Smells Like Teen Spirit"), A-Ha ("Take On Me"), and many other artists from various genres.
